During a visit to the park in Aldington, Kent on 17/07/2021 with my son Edison I update on the lingering societal impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in spite of the large number of people who have received their vaccinations and the forthcoming United Kingdom ‘Freedom Day’ . In contrast, I add how from August 1st, France will require mandatory proof of vaccinations or a negative Covid test to enter supermarkets as the segregation and discrimination against non-vaccinated people begins to emerge.
The phrase “Remember to get vaccinated or a vaccinated person might get sick from the virus they got vaccinated against because you’re not vaccinated” exemplifies my confusion with many people’s opinion.
Following a trip to the park with my son Edison on 03/05/21, I walk and talk about the vaccine rollout reaching 65% of the population of the United Kingdom (UK). After discovering some farm buildings I update on the latest lifting of restrictions for public events ahead of the forthcoming June 21st date, set by the UK to be the end of lockdown.
During a woodland stroll through Hamstreet nature reserve in Kent on 28/03/2021, I update on the lockdown and easing of Covid-19 restrictions in the United Kingdom and find a camp with my three year old son Edison.
During a walk with my son Edison on 06/03/2021 I update on the latest easing of social restrictions, the reaction to the Brazilian variant and the forthcoming reopening of schools; Edison enjoys the acoustics of a tunnel and playing with his toy drill.
On top of the North Downs near Wye, Kent on 27/02/2021 with my son Edison I reflect on the positive announcement of the pubs opening in a few months and social restrictions lifting on June 21st – provided certain conditions are met. Meanwhile, Edison enjoys the slopes and playing around the campfire.
